Thank you for your interest! You can use this form to contact us for information on NASILP and next year's conference.

Please fill out and submit this form to register for the NASILP conference. You will also need to pay by check.

Conference Registration Deadline: Wednesday, October 19, 2011
Please support the conference by staying at the Hilton. Call 800-695-7551 and mention the NASILP group rate when you make your reservation.
Hotel Reservation Deadline: Thursday, October 6, 2011
Conference begins at 1:15pm on Friday, October 28, 2011
There will be a cocktail reception at 6:00pm and dinner at 7:00.
On Saturday, there will be a continental breakfast at 8:00am and a luncheon from 12:30 - 2:00pm
Conference registration: $250

Please be certain that the NASILP Secretariat receives your conference registration payment no later than Wednesday, October 19, 2011.
Hotel reservations must be made no later than Thursday, October 6, 2011 for the $125 NASILP rate. Reservation requests received after this date will be filled at the full "rack rate" if rooms are available.
